Purchasing a Product, either e-book or hardcover
When you add a product to your cart the cart will display your item and allow you to increase the number of items you are purchasing, or add a coupon (if you have one).
In the example below we have increased the “Quantity” to 10 to take advantage of the 10% discount offer.
We have also entered a Coupon code and applied the Coupon to enable the “Free Shipping” option.
- Free Shipping and Coupons are created by the store owners and may not be available in some sites or at some locations, or connected to some products..
How to log in and use your account to view past orders, change your password, or download your e-book.
Click on the “Login” link in the top menu. Enter the Username and Password you used when creating your account.
Once you are logged in you can:
- View the videos associated with the book
- View past orders
- Download the book (There is an active period set for re-download which will expire after 14 days)
- Change account details such as address and password

What emails are sent and why
The following image is a completed order sent from the shop to the customer, it contains download links for the recently purchased e-book and the e-book reader.
You will also receive a notification from PayPal once you have completed your purchase.
IF you DO NOT receive the email with the download links, please check your spam folder, or log into the site and download your book and reader from your account.

Downloading the e-book Reader

Customizing the way your e-book looks on your machine
The e-book is in an e-pub format
Readers are available for all platforms, because of this the formatting is not very controllable, so you may have to change the reader size on your machine to suit your screen size and preferences for reading.
When the e-book 1st opens you will see the book loaded and can then change the reader layout to suit.
In the reader below I have “Grabbed” the right hand “Handle” and moved the reader to the size I want.
In the next instance I have clicked the “Maximize” button in the top right corner to make the reader full screen
You will notice a lot of “White space” in the e-book owing to the mix of so many pictures and points on technique.
We are working to perfect the e-book layout to minimize “White space” and blank areas.
NOTE* In the e-book you will see the links to the associated videos, please ensure you are LOGGED in to the website using the “Login” link in the top menu in order to be able to keep viewing the videos as you read the book.
